Scheduling and Punctuality:

Please be on time for appointments, late arrivals unfortunately will not receive their full scheduled treatment time. It is recommended to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to use bathroom or just to begin the relaxation process.

Cancellation Policy:

Solace Skincare has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not call within 24 hours, you will be asked to provide a Credit Card number to rebook any future appointments. For future appointments if less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment fee.

Gift Certificates will not be honored for no-shows, the gift card will then become invalid.


 Gratuities are not included within service pricing and are left up to your discretion.
