The owner is absolutely amazing. She made the experience personalized by providing me a lip balm that has helped my dry cracked lips. I live in Washington state USA and recently visited Galway, Ireland this past April/May 2026. I had purchased one while I was there, and the owner took the time to talk with me about each of her products. She expressed great passion and care with her business. I spent the next couple of weeks using this to moisturize my skin and face every other day. It moisturized my skin so well that I didn't have to use it every day. By the time I got home I prioritized my skin by purchasing each of the products. I absolutely love these. My skin has never looked or felt so healthy. I use the Barrier Balm for my face, a small custom lip balm, the Essential Balm for my hands and arms, and the Bare Balm for my legs and feet. I am a forever customer.
